Liz Byrne, Director 

Liz has a combination of strategic experience and practical delivery skills which her clients recognise and value. She is also well known for her personal and creative approach ensuring smooth running projects and effective solutions.

 

With a BA (Social Sciences), a MBA and currently completing a MSc in Local Economic Development, she has great experience from working with the public, community, voluntary and social enterprise sectors.

 

Prior to establishing EMB Consulting she worked in:

• The private sector with EKOS Consulting (UK) Limited
• The voluntary sector with The Prince's Trust
• The public sector in local government and regeneration

 

Helen Waring

Recently joining the team at EMB Consulting on a part time/sessional basis is Helen Waring. Helen has significant experience and knowledge of rural regeneration having worked in Somerset County Council's Economy and Europe team and most recently as Programme Assistant in the Somerset Level and Moors LEADER+ programme. Helen provides organisational, administrative and research support to EMB.
