Liz Byrne is the Director of EMB Consulting. She has worked in economic development and regeneration for over twenty years and has significant experience in partnership working and functioning effectively within a multi agency setting.

Liz has a combination of strategic experience and practical delivery skills which her clients recognise and value. She is also well known for her personal and creative approach ensuring smooth running projects and effective solutions.
With a BA (Social Sciences), a MBA and a MSc in Local Economic Development, she has great experience from working with the public, community, voluntary and social enterprise sectors. She is a Prince2 registered practitioner and is a member of the Institute of Economic Development and the Federation of Small Business.
